Refund Policy
At Ghar Ka Bazaar, we strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a clear and simple refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or expired.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered.
- Missing Items: If any items from your order are missing.
- Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Time Frame for Refund Requests
All refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this time may not be eligible for a refund.
In the case of order cancellations, refunds will be processed if the cancellation request is made before dispatch.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at complaints@gharkabazaar.in or use the “Contact” section in your account.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation (such as photos of damaged/defective products).
- Our customer support team will review your request and confirm eligibility for a refund.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- We will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- For orders paid by cash on delivery, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method (e.g., bank transfer or wallet credit).
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following products are not eligible for refunds:
- Perishable goods such as fresh produce, dairy, and bakery items, unless they are damaged or defective.
- Products that have been opened or used (unless defective).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
6. Return of Products
In cases where a product needs to be returned:
- We may arrange a pickup of the item from your location, or you may be asked to return the product to a designated location.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
7. Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- If the product is not returned in its original condition or packaging.
- If only part of the order was incorrect or missing.
8. Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange a defective or incorrect product rather than request a refund, please contact our customer support, and we will arrange a replacement subject to product availability.
9. Cancellation Refunds
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they are canceled before being dispatched.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a refund under other conditions (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
